This is a pivotal role within our organisation, overseeing national account customers nationwide and serving as their primary point of contact for aftermarket support.
The position requires regular interstate travel to support service needs, build relationships, and maintain a consistent customer experience across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
* Growth and Development: Grow national accounts through strategic planning, proactive call cycles, and strong stakeholder engagement.
* Service Delivery: Track service performance against customer and internal KPIs while working with internal teams to resolve issues and improve delivery.
* Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with IT and admin teams to improve reporting systems and deliver clear, actionable data. Lead service reviews and performance meetings to maintain communication and drive improvement.
* Fleet Management: Analyse fleet performance and prepare reports on utilisation, service activity, compliance, and debtors. Maintain compliance across day-to-day operations and support customers with reliable advice on equipment and fleet options.
* Travel and Relationship Building: Frequent interstate travel to build relationships, provide on-site support, and ensure consistent service across locations.
