About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

* Foster meaningful relationships with customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
* Bolster customer trust through genuine interactions.
* Collaborate with colleagues to drive retail store operations – you will be merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, maintaining a clean environment, learning, operating technology systems, and engaging with customers.


Essential Requirements:

* Confidence in interacting with people.
* Prior experience within a sales environment is highly valued, but not mandatory.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* A keen eye for detail and organisational abilities.
* A willingness to learn extensive product knowledge and adapt to changing circumstances.
* The physical ability to walk the floor throughout the day and safely carry heavy stock, as needed.
* The capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
