Job Title: Property Administration Assistant
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to a commercial property group.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Asset Manager with daily property and portfolio requirements,
* Raise purchase orders and liaise with contractors,
* Handle incoming calls and respond to tenant, contractor, and customer enquiries,
* Maintain and review critical dates and prepare associated correspondence,
* Issue tenant memos, notices, and general communications,
* Update and manage lease documentation, including new leases, renewals, and assignments,
* Arrears management and follow-ups,
* Run month-end reporting,
* Coordinate tenant insurances and sales figures,
* Follow up contractor compliance, including insurances,
* Conduct monthly foot traffic analysis,
* Manage the security register
Requirements
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive administrator with a passion for property. The ideal candidate will bring:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar administrative role within property,
* Strong knowledge of property management processes,
* Experience using MRI (highly desirable),
* Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to remain positive under pressure,
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities,
* Exceptional time management and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
