* The Executive Director of Catholic Education invites applications for the Principalship role at a vibrant co-educational institution established by the Dominican Sisters in 1941.
The school proudly upholds the "Veritas" - Truth motto, with an enrolment of approximately 750 students from Pre-Kindy to Year Six. We offer specialist programs in Dance/Drama, Music, Physical Education, Visual Arts, Science, and Italian, alongside support and enrichment initiatives.
Our active Parents and Friends (P&F) group further strengthens social ties and supports improvements to resources and facilities. In addition to the duties and responsibilities of the Principal, the community seeks a principal who:
* SUPPORTS AND COLLABORATES WITH THE PARISH TO STRENGTHEN THE SCHOOL COMMUNITY'S GROWTH IN FAITH THROUGH RITUALS, PRACTICES AND SYMBOLS THAT OFFER MEANINGFUL OPPORTUNITIES FOR STUDENTS, STAFF AND FAMILIES TO DEEPEN THEIR UNDERSTANDING OF THE CATHOLIC TRADITION, WHILE HONOURING THE SCHOOL'S DOMINICAN CHARISM AND TRUE VALUES.
* DEMONSTRATES CHRIST-CENTRED LEADERSHIP AND A PERSONAL COMMITMENT TO FAITH BY INTEGRATING FAITH, LIFE AND CULTURE IN A CONTEMPORARY AND MEANINGFUL WAY WHILE EMBEDDING GOSPEL VALUES AND CATHOLIC SOCIAL TEACHING ACROSS ALL ASPECTS OF SCHOOL LIFE.
The successful applicant will lead, engage and inspire staff to build a positive team culture grounded in continuous improvement, research-informed pedagogy, data-driven strategies, and professional growth, ensuring consistent, high-quality educational practices.
