Reporting to the National Strategy Manager, this role is responsible for overseeing all procurement and contract end to end management activities within the Home Care and NDIS Divisions. This role works collaboratively with the State Teams to ensure procurement services are delivered to the highest quality and meets the needs of all HCA key stakeholders. Responsibilities include: Deliver an effective and efficient end to end procurement service that is supported by documented and transparent policies and processes.Manage HCA's funding compliance obligations as they relate to procurement.Ensure accurate, timely and compliant procurement and contract administration activitiesBuild and maintain key contractual relationships in the healthcare service, goods & equipment supply industryEnsure all HCA's active contractors meet all legislative and compliance requirementsDevelop and revise processes that support continual improvement and risk mitigation for all key stakeholdersDevelop and maintain Procedures and Processes to manage end-to-end procurement including Provider registers and documentation To be considered: Relevant qualifications, preferably finance or business disciplines and/or demonstrated competency through relevant experience3-5 years' experience in a procurement or finance roleNDIS, Home Care, Community service, Aged Care experience highly regardedData entry and Microsoft 565 packagesExcellent communication skills – both oral and written.
