Customer Engagement Solutions Expert
This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge Customer Engagement (CE) solutions, with a strong focus on personal development and training in technology and consulting skills.
Main Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with clients to plan, design, build, test and maintain CE solutions.
* Liaise effectively between customers, IT staff and business partners to ensure high quality and timely resolution of customer issues.
* Design conceptual architecture and technical solutions for CE projects.
About This Opportunity:
You will be part of a dynamic team that applies subject matter expertise to deliver CE solutions across all phases of Avanade's projects. You'll solve complex problems using CRM solutions and liaise between Avanade clients and project teams made up of project managers, back-end and front-end architects and other professionals.
