Eiffel Lubricants, a leading manufacturer of high-quality automotive and industrial lubricants, is seeking a passionate and driven Field Sales Representative to join our growing team in Melbourne.
Position Overview:
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Eiffel Lubricants' products to automotive, industrial, and commercial customers in the Melbourne area. You will build and maintain relationships with existing clients while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Conduct in office visits to customers to promote Eiffel products and provide technical support
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand Eiffel's market presence
- Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on the benefits of Eiffel lubricants
- Gather market intelligence and report on competitor activities
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management
- Attend trade shows and industry events to represent Eiffel Lubricants
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive or industrial sectors
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Melbourne area
