**The opportunity**
An immediate opportunity exists for a part-time Showroom Consultant to join our close-knit sales team at the Fortitude Valley Showroom.
**Working Thursday, Friday (9 am - 5 pm) and every Saturday (9 am - 2 pm)**
Your administrative and sales support duties include, but are not limited to:
- Managing walk-in showroom enquiries
- Lead processing, qualifying and assigning to sales reps
- Booking appointments and diary management for sales reps
- Supporting the sales team with quote preparation and order administration
**What we are looking for**
First and foremost, you are a **rock-solid administrator**, one who is known for dotting the I's and crossing the T's. You will easily settle into a role being the **face of our boutique showroom** and supporting our sales team with all **sales administrative activities**. Equally, you are savvy with the MS suite Outlook, Excel and Word.
Ideally, you will have worked in a previous front line or customer service role or have a similar experience, and **welcome the opportunity** to develop product, industry and sales knowledge.
You will enjoy interacting with others and have the self-confidence and maturity to manage resolutions and build working relationships with our friendly team and customers.
