About The Role:
Joining a boat building business that has been in operation for over 20 years and continuously growing.
The role as bookkeeper / accounts payable is a key role within the business to support the management and production team.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end accounts payable processing
* Supplier invoice management, statements, and payment runs
* Maintaining accurate and compliant financial records
* Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and external accountants
* General bookkeeping and administrative support
* Accounts receivable support may be required from time to time.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven experience using Xero (essential)
* Formal qualification in accounting or bookkeeping (essential)
* Experience within a manufacturing business (essential)
* Solid understanding of accounts payable processes
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Confident using spreadsheets and accounting systems
* Able to come into the office full time.
