With global growth firmly in motion, they're now hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to take ownership of the brand's visual output and help shape the next chapter.
It's hands-on, commercial, and creative-first, with real ownership across product drops, brand assets, campaign visuals, and launch execution. You'll work closely with the founders and be involved in everything from digital design through to collaborating with Far East manufacturing partners to bring creative product concepts to life.
The role is Perth-based, hybrid, but best suited to someone who thrives in an office environment, enjoys working at pace, and wants their work shipped, worn, shared, and seen.
What you'll be doing
* Owning the graphic design output across the brand's product drops, launches and campaigns
* Designing brand and campaign identities, including logos, badges, patches, packaging elements and supporting visual systems
* Creating high-quality digital assets for ecommerce launches including EDMs, website graphics and promotional materials
* Producing creative assets for paid media and social content, working closely with internal marketing and content functions
* Building visual mockups, design files and references that clearly communicate creative intent to production partners
* Collaborating with product teams and Far East factories through sampling and production to ensure the final product reflects the creative vision
* Supporting limited releases and signature collaborations with strong creative concepts and execution
* Keeping the brand's visual language consistent while continuing to evolve it as the business scales
* Staying across trends in fashion accessories, design, materials and competitors, bringing ideas that keep the brand ahead of the curve
* Working closely with the founders day-to-day in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Senior Graphic Designer within a fashion, accessories, lifestyle, or consumer brand environment
* Strong brand design skills and a portfolio that shows taste, detail, and commercial awareness
* Confident working across both digital design (email, web, launch assets) and brand-led creative projects
* Exposure to physical product design workflows (packaging, product graphics, trims, or similar) and an interest in seeing ideas translated into real-world product
* Comfortable working with offshore partners or suppliers, or confident learning quickly in that space
* Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to execute work start-to-finish
* Strong project management and organisation, deadlines matter and you consistently deliver
* Hands-on, accountable, and comfortable taking ownership in a lean team
