Geographe Civil is a leading Civil Construction and Engineering company based in the South West of WA. With over 70 skilled professionals and a fleet of 100+ up-to-date machines, we deliver innovative, high-quality civil solutions across land development, industrial, commercial, mining, and government sectors. Based at Davenport, you will join as the Operations and Construction Manager and help maintain our high standards and values.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support field teams to deliver secure, efficient, high-quality outcomes
- Coordinate scheduling and adapt plans to meet client and project needs
- Maintain outstanding internal and external customer service standards
- Ensure jobs are completed to specification, on time, and to a high standard
- Foster client satisfaction and retention through reliable service and quality delivery
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and performance

Requirements / Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Operations and Construction Manager in civil construction and drainage
- Deep understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
- Excellent problem solving and decision making ability
- Proficiency with interpreting construction drawings and plans
- A serious commitment to health, safety, and quality
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., SWRMS, Section 26) are highly regarded
- Competence with Windows-based software and general tech literacy
- A current C-Class Driver\'s Licence and a safe driving record
