Our Business Lending Operations Team are seeking Team Members like you! You will play an integral role in fostering a cohesive team environment and building strong relationships across different teams within Business Lending Operations and Westpac. You will actively contribute ideas, share best practices, and collaborate to meet challenges and deliver a great customer experience. As Business Lending Operations Team Member, your role will entail:
- Action requests from Business Partners and Customers promptly and with enthusiasm, exceeding their expectations.
- Contribute to building a customer-centric culture and delivering a superior end-to-end banking process.
- Foster strong relationships across teams, sharing best practices and collaborating to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer needs.

**What do I need?**
To excel in this role, the following experience is required:
- Banking and Finance knowledge and experience (Desirable).
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on understanding and meeting customer needs.
- Problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively.
- Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, written) and ability to influence.
- Ability to build and maintain key relationships with business partners.
