You'll collaborate with our payroll partners and ensure compliance with all local regulations and security standards.Your day-to-day will includeProcessing and reviewing payroll for Australian businesses with 100% accuracy.Preparing payroll reports and ensuring timely submission.Assisting clients with payroll queries, adjustments, and compliance issues.Working closely with payroll partners and clients to ensure a seamless payroll experience.Building long-term relationships with clients and becoming their trusted payroll advisor.Identifying and reporting any risks, errors, or compliance concerns related to payroll processing.Following information security guidelines to protect sensitive payroll data.Who you areTo thrive at Employment Hero, you'll need to embody The EH Way - operating with focus, agility, and an obsession with impact.
For this role, you'll also bring1-4 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or finance.Hands-on experience with Australian payroll (this is a must-have).
Familiarity with Fair Work, superannuation, tax, and other Australian payroll regulations.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to 100% accuracy.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong customer service mindset — you're approachable, helpful, and solutions-oriented.Proficient in Excel and able to work with payroll data confidently.Thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first, global environment.Open to continuous learning and professional development.What we can offerAt Employment Hero, we don't just talk about a better way to work - we live it.
