About the role
Full-time, fixed term
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day accounting functions. Responsibilities will include:
Accounts Payable : Processing supplier bills and reconciling statements to maintain accurate records and ensure timely payments.
Accounts Receivable : Preparing and issuing invoices; and ensuring prompt collection of outstanding amounts.
Payroll Processing including salary packaging : End-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and confidentiality.
Bank and Credit Card Reconciliation : Performing regular reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
Month-end accounting: Assisting inBalance Sheet items reconciliation and journals
Inbox Management : Monitoring and responding to queries in the Accounts inbox promptly and professionally.
About the successful applicant
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum 3 years' experience in similar role
Relevant qualification and/or experience in accounting
Working knowledge of Xerowould be highly regarded
Working knowledge of MS Excel& Office products
Strong time management skills and the ability to work within strict deadlines
Strong organisational ability and attention to details
Excellentcommunication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
Mandatory Requirements:
Current Working with Children Check – Blue Card
Current Open Driver's Licence
