Role summary:
We are seeking a motivated, organised, and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic and supportive team as a full-time Receptionist. All training is provided, however, high volume incoming call experience is highly desirable.
Duties and responsibilities:
* Handling high volumes of incoming calls and front desk enquiries
* Play a key role in supporting the Team
Skills and Experience:
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Organised and able to meet deadlines
* Strong Administrative skills and experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
