With a strong international presence and a portfolio that spans multiple household names, this business continues to invest heavily in innovation, brand growth and consumer engagement across the region.
This is a high-impact role within a team-oriented and fast-paced marketing team, suited to someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands‐on execution across both brand and commercial initiatives.
Key responsibilities
* Leading brand planning and execution across ANZ markets
* Driving integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL and digital
* Managing NPD launches from concept through to market execution
* Analysing category, consumer and retail data to identify growth opportunities
* Working closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain and distributor partners
* Managing budgets and optimising ROI across campaigns and activations
* Leading local marketing initiatives while contributing to broader regional priorities
Qualifications
* 5+ years FMCG brand management experience
* Strong understanding of the Australian grocery and convenience landscape
* Experience working with syndicated data such as Nielsen or Circana
* Commercial acumen with exposure to pricing, portfolio management and P&L; thinking
* Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
* A proactive, driven and adaptable mindset
