As the Executive Assistant & Business Manager, you'll be crucial to our organization. You'll manage the CEO's calendar, provide executive support, and serve as the primary point of contact for staff, clients, and partners. Your proactive nature, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information will be essential in building trust. **Responsibilities**:

- Manage the CEO's calendar, ensuring seamless flow and ample time for meetings and follow-up.
- Prioritise and action requests from the CEO.
- Act as a point of contact between staff, clients, and partners
- Facilitate internal communications and project management.
- Manage domestic and international travel for the group
- Implement effective work management systems and procedures.
- Coordinate with external agencies and providers as needed
- Assist with execution of business plans and reporting to leadership team

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in professional services
