Job Opportunity: Contracts Administration Role
A leading organization is seeking a skilled contracts administrator to join its team.
This role involves overseeing and managing the administration of contracts once they have been awarded. You will ensure that all contractual terms are adhered to and assist in resolving any post-award issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage subcontracts lifecycle from initiation to closure
* Draft, review, and negotiate subcontracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and legal requirements
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and project teams, to ensure subcontract terms are clear, feasible, and compliant
* Identify potential risks and issues within subcontracts and propose effective mitigation strategies
* Conduct risk assessments to evaluate the impact of contractual terms on the organization
* Work closely with vendors and suppliers to establish and maintain strong working relationships
* Monitor vendor performance and address any non-compliance or performance issues
* Lead contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to achieve favorable terms for the organization
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation
* Generate reports on contract performance, compliance, and any relevant metrics
Requirements:
Proven experience in contract administration or a similar role, with a focus on post-award management. Strong understanding of contract law and its application in a business setting. In-depth knowledge of contract law, procurement processes, and project management.
