Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a Level 3 Engineer – SOE and MECM Specialist.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing the Windows 11 endpoint environment, including Microsoft Teams, Office 365, MECM, Intune, iVanti, and its supporting infrastructure. They will also work on BAU support of these services, including incident, change, and problem management, as well as project work on service enhancements and system migrations.
About the Role
* This is a permanent position with flexible office hours.
* The role involves working closely with other resolver teams within Unisys, the department, and other vendors.
* The successful candidate will have the opportunity to teach and grow Level 1 and Level 2 team members on the account.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design, configure, and implement the Windows 11 endpoint environment.
2. Work on BAU support of services, including incident, change, and problem management.
3. Conduct project work on service enhancements and system migrations.
4. Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
* Experience consulting or working in an enterprise environment.
* Experience with MECM / SCCM Infrastructure, patching, and management.
* Experience with InTune and migrating tasks and policies from MECM.
* Experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.
* Extensive experience with designing and implementing SOE/MOEs, including:
o Windows and Security Updates.
o Advanced Group Policy Management.
o Task Sequence creation and management.
o Deployment to an enterprise environment.
* Experience writing, editing, and maintaining PowerShell Scripts.
* Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy management.
* Experience with Applications Packaging, native and virtual, with some exposure or experience with MSI-X.
* Experience with Security products including application whitelisting, anti-virus, and USB hardening.
* Exposure to PowerBI and Power Apps.
* Exposure to Microsoft SQL management.
* Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
* Creating documentation such as FAQ guides, SOPs, and transition support documents.
* Strong understanding of ITIL, specific to Change & Incident management.

Certifications
* ITIL Foundation (optional).
* Microsoft Certifications on M365, MECM/SCCM, Windows.
* Any other IT certifications beneficial.
Additional Requirements
* Australian Citizen with the ability to hold an AGSVA clearance (NV1 preferred).
* Police Check and Fit for Work certificate needed.
* Preferred candidate will be local to Canberra with a hybrid WFH/Office roster.
