Hames Sharley is seeking a talented and experienced registered Architect to join our Northern Territory Studio as our Studio Leader. This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively across many sectors and grow professionally at one of Australia's largest inter-disciplinary practices. This position would suit someone looking to fast track their career in a studio leadership role.
Your Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited To
Securing business opportunities to continue the success and growth of the studio Enhancement of the Company's image as a quality service provider throughout the government, institutional, business and commercial sectors Development of sustainable business relationships with the Company's preferred client groups Sourcing of projects that provide financial benefits parallel with client satisfaction and job satisfaction for involved staff members Identification of sources of new business Lead the preparation of expressions of interest, submissions, proposals and tenders Review the performance of the project with project teams against the Company budgetary requirements and quality standards Assist in the expedition of the collection of revenue on a monthly basis Provide information for costing/invoicing incurred for projects
