**The Opportunity**
Our client is seeking a highly motivated Quality Manager to join an industry leading organisation in Southern Sydney.

Key responsibilities:
- Provide quality-focused leadership, coaching, and guidance.
- Develop team members' understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and their scope of practice.
- Identify and address areas for employee learning and competency development.
- Ensure preparedness of care home and team members through readiness activities.
- Maintain the Care Home's Plan for Continuous Improvement (PCI) and track progress with the leadership team.
- Analyse data, implement improvements, and ensure timely submission of Government NQIP program data.
- Coordinate monthly Care Home Audits and deliver high-quality person-centred care for residents while maintaining accurate records.
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent with current AHPRA registration.
- Postgraduate qualification in Aged Care and Cert IV in Training and Assessment (desired).
- Proven track record in delivering quality clinical care, coaching, and training.
- Ability to foster a team environment and build collaborative relationships.
- Highly effective communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
- Understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and Outcomes.
