At Fliteboard, we are on a mission to build the world's most loved electric water-sports brand, grow sales in excess of $200M within the next three years, and contribute to making oceans quieter and cleaner through the development of new technologies for marine transportation.
Growing from start-up to $80M in annual sales over the last five years, we've built a global brand with a loyal community of customers across 90 countries.
Our award-winning electric hydrofoil boards combine cutting-edge design, performance and technology — and our IT systems are critical to keeping that innovation flowing. Backed by the Brunswick Corporation, the world's leading marine product group, we have big ambitions to revolutionise electric water sports — and we're just as committed to building a supportive, high-performing global team behind the scenes.
We're now seeking an Applications Support Engineer (Integrations/Middleware) to support and enhance the enterprise applications that underpin our global operations.
This is a great opportunity for a technically capable, proactive professional who enjoys working close to the business, solving real-world problems, and growing their application and integration expertise in a lean, collaborative environment.
The Role
As part of our Applications Support team, you'll provide end-to-end support across enterprise applications and middleware integrations. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, supporting day-to-day operations while contributing to the design, improvement and rollout of integrations across the business.
This role offers strong exposure to enterprise platforms, integration design and production support, with future opportunities to grow into a broader shared services application support function.

* Work end-to-end across technical workshops, platform configuration, API design, integration development and production support
About You
You're technically strong, solutions-focused, and keen to be involved in the day-to-day workings of the business — not just the systems.
Mandatory experience:
* 2–3 years' experience supporting or configuring SaaS-based integrations or middleware
* Cloud experience with Azure (required)
* Exposure to AWS and other SaaS environments
Desirable experience:
* Microsoft Power Platform, including Logic Apps

* Exposure to enterprise integrations, APIs and cloud platforms
* Collaborative, supportive team environment
* Opportunity to grow your technical and functional application skillset

If you're looking for a role where you can combine strong technical capability with meaningful business engagement, we'd love to hear from you.
