This is not a back office role. You will be on the floor, coaching, selling and driving standards daily. You will oversee key areas including the stock team, VM team and sales floor. You will ensure stock flow is seamless, visual standards are sharp and the customer experience is consistent every time. You will build capability within the team, developing future leaders and creating a culture that delivers results.
