**The Role**
- Answer calls on the main line and connect them to the right team.
- Keep the front area, boardroom, and meeting rooms tidy.
- Manage bookings for boardrooms and meeting rooms.
- Mail and Parcels: Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Key Assistance: Help tenants return and scan keys, and manage key audits.
- Reconcile property marketing and process invoices.
- Prepare ledgers for settlement processes.
**The Criteria**
- Must have a keen interest in Real Estate
- Immaculately presented and well-groomed
- Brilliant organisation and time management skills
- Articulate phone manner
- Initiative and a team player
- Tech-savvy, open-minded to try new technology and systems
- Previous admin experience within the industry desired
