Job Title: Accounts Receivable Officer
This role involves working as a key member of the accounts receivable team, responsible for ensuring that all customer payments are processed accurately and efficiently.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire accounts receivable process from initial billing through to final payment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage invoicing and payment processes
* Maintain accurate customer accounts
* Support month-end reporting and reconciliation
* Identify and suggest process improvements
Key Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in accounts receivable or finance administration
* Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Confident using financial systems and Excel
* Customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset
