**How will I help?**
The Service Planning and Performance Optimisation team is responsible for supporting the broader Workplace Services and Contact Centre Platforms teams (WPCC) with the management of Business Insights, Risk, Service Operations (Including Asset Management, Change and Release and Service Management), Financial Planning and Invoicing.
Working as part of a team that support hybrid working, this flexible role will be providing Data Analysis and Business Insights on all aspects of our Service Offerings and assisting with the management of our Risk and Compliance obligations.
You will lead the analysis and development of our teams PowerBI reports / dashboards, data transformations, data models and automations, supporting our broader team's ability to analyse Service Management / Compliance results and trends, enabling permanent corrective actions and problem resolutions.
Additionally, this role will assist with the management of our risk and compliance obligations. Here you will work with SME's and our Service Owners to ensure that commitments are met and we have a forward looking view of upcoming deliverables.

**What do I need?**
You will have a strong desire and passion for data with extensive experience using data visualisation and analytics tools such Microsoft Power Bi and able to demonstrate your ability in interpreting and visualising data into meaningful business insights.
A background in service management or operations would be welcomed along with an interest in compliance management.
Any exposure using Power Query, Dataflows and Power Automate would be advantageous, along with database technologies, datasets and SQL.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high attention to detail, the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment with analysis, problem solving, troubleshooting and consultative skills.
