As a Maintenance Controller, you will be responsible for the provision of approvals to approved service repairers of passenger, commercial vehicles and equipment nationally.
About The Role
This position is accountable for ensuring all services carried out are within the manufacturers' service requirements. Additionally, you will ensure defective vehicle and equipment repairs are carried out in accordance with the current CoR and Health and Safety processes.
* Approve suppliers' requests for the maintenance and repair work on managed vehicles and equipment.
* Ensure all services carried out are within the manufacturers' service requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
* Actively work with external suppliers to provide support and improve their EVO portal usage.
* Assist customers with general maintenance enquiries.

Your Skills and Qualifications:
* You should have a background as a qualified diesel mechanic.
* A strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing, demonstrating good listening and probing skills.
* Critical analytical skills, able to solve problems and demonstrate resourcefulness, perseverance and accountability.
* A valid heavy vehicle mechanic's license.
