What you'll do
- Be continuously trained on the latest tech and gadgets to support customers with knowledge and solutions
- Provide consultative service and assist customers to find the best solutions
- Engage with customers in a fast-paced retail environment to drive sales and customer satisfaction
About you
- You can easily connect with a variety of new and existing customers
- You can quickly develop customised solutions for customers
- You drive to reach and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- You are eager to learn and grow within the role
- You have experience in a customer-facing role
- You enjoy a busy retail environment and delivering excellent service
