• Lead and develop a team, ensuring all cleaning and trolley collection tasks are completed to a high standard.
• Coach and train team members in trolley collection, cleaning, and waste support.
• Create a roster covering all daily tasks and operations.
• Work with Store Leadership to identify challenges, opportunities, and upcoming priorities.
• Develop succession plans through coaching to boost productivity and satisfaction.
• Complete time and attendance activities: track hours, manage absences, ensure policy compliance.
• Order consumables (cleaning supplies) and maintain within budget.
• Contribute to the Proactive Services Team providing cleaning, trolley collection, and waste management.

• Ambitious mindset, love of retail, passion for people.
• Flexibility to work in various environments (shop floor, fridges, freezers, car parks).
• Strong eye for cleanliness and detail.
• Physical fitness to handle demanding tasks safely.
• Ability to coordinate with Department Managers and Store Leadership.
• Organizational skills to ensure supplies and equipment are available.
• Knowledge of regulated frameworks (Food Safety, industrial regulations, code of conduct).
• Valid full Australian driver's licence (green P's or full licence) to collect trolleys using vehicles.
