Team Manager – Woolworths Glen Huntly
- Lead teams across multiple sites.
- Develop leadership skills, handling all people‐related tasks for your team and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver outstanding service.
- Full‐time salaried role suitable for individuals with flexible availability to work early mornings, days, late nights, and weekends.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop a team, ensuring all cleaning and trolley collection tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Coach and train team members in trolley collection, cleaning, and waste support.
- Create a roster covering all daily tasks and operations.
- Work with Store Leadership to identify challenges, opportunities, and upcoming priorities.
- Develop succession plans through coaching to boost productivity and satisfaction.
- Complete time and attendance activities: track hours, manage absences, ensure policy compliance.
- Order consumables (cleaning supplies) and maintain within budget.
- Contribute to the Proactive Services Team providing cleaning, trolley collection, and waste management.
What you'll bring
- Ambitious mindset, love of retail, passion for people.
- Flexibility to work in various environments (shop floor, fridges, freezers, car parks).
- Strong eye for cleanliness and detail.
- Physical fitness to handle demanding tasks safely.
- Ability to coordinate with Department Managers and Store Leadership.
- Organizational skills to ensure supplies and equipment are available.
- Knowledge of regulated frameworks (Food Safety, industrial regulations, code of conduct).
- Valid full Australian driver's licence (green P's or full licence) to collect trolleys using vehicles.
