HIQ graduate program gives university graduates the opportunity to gain real-world experience in a 12-month program rotating through the various work areas within the Division. We are seeking enthusiastic, innovative, and capable graduates who are looking to kick-start their career in health infrastructure. As a graduate with HIQ you will get the opportunity to work closely with industry professionals in the planning and delivery of health infrastructure.
Graduates will rotate through various work areas within HIQ throughout the 12-month program. Dedicated programs of work and tasks will be allocated to ensure graduates have the appropriate time to build and grow their skills.
During the program, graduates will be supported with on-the-job training opportunities through shadowing, rotations, discreet programs of work and be able to work with eminent professionals. Other training and development options will also include lunch and learn sessions on particular topics.
