Step Into Your Next Chapter

The successful applicant will join the school's leadership team, working alongside the Principal, Deputy Principal, Head of Curriculum, and Business Manager to drive the school's vision and priorities forward.

As the permanent Head of Special Education Services (HOSES), you will lead the development and implementation of inclusive practices, ensuring every student achieves their potential.Your role will be pivotal in fostering a culture of high expectations and collaboration, supporting staff to deliver quality teaching and learning experiences for students with diverse needs.

Responsibilities Include

Assist the School Leadership Team to lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.Embed socially just practices in daily school life.Set high standards for student and staff performance.Understand the legislation and policies that impact on schooling especially in relation to students and staff within the school.Manage the human, financial, facilities and curriculum resources to achieve school goals.

The successful candidate will have

Proven experience in leading and managing inclusive education practices and teams.Strong leadership, change management, and communication skills.Expertise in designing and delivering tailored learning plans to meet diverse student needs.A commitment to fostering student engagement, outcomes, and wellbeing.
