Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Professional to join our team in supporting Defence and National Intelligence Community customers.
About the Role
* Innovate and lead creative training strategies to support digital transformation in a complex program environment, ensuring readiness for new systems.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and assist in delivering change and training activities according to the overall Program schedule and approach.
* Support the evaluation and analysis of training from current state to future states to support transition, ensuring users are fully equipped.
* Craft engaging and fit-for-purpose training materials.
* Foster strong relationships across the Program and business to ensure training activities are well understood and effectively adopted.
* Coordinate the training schedule to support change and business adoption activities.
* Deliver training sessions virtually and in-person, aligning with the training schedule and program needs.
* Provide consistent reporting on training delivery, uptake, and success, validating outcomes with end-users and their leaders.

Requirements
* Baseline clearance required.
* Professional experience with planning and executing training strategies.
* Must be based in Canberra, Melbourne, or Brisbane.
