We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our Bottle Shop team as a Casual Attendant.
About the Role
In this hands-on role, you will assist the Bottle Shop Manager in operating the store in a FOH & BOH capacity. You will work collaboratively with the team to achieve exceptional customer service and quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and support
* Assist with inventory management and stock control
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* A genuine focus on quality service and customer experience
* An enthusiastic and positive attitude
* Previous cash handling experience is preferable
* Impeccable personal presentation
* A high standard of physical fitness and manual handling
* A current/valid RSA certification
