We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Engagement Specialist to join our team.
* The ideal candidate will have experience in learning and development, instructional design, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver high-quality training solutions for our servicing employees.
* Work closely with the Organisational Development team to maintain a robust learning calendar and ensure seamless integration of operational changes.
* Drive engagement activities that foster a positive, inclusive culture.
Requirements:
* RG146 certification (or willingness to obtain).
* Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.
* Qualifications in psychology or adult learning (highly regarded).
