As the first point of contact for patients and families, you’ll manage appointment scheduling, admissions, referrals, and records with empathy and precision. Your role is vital in ensuring seamless service delivery in a high-sensitivity clinical environment. Working closely with nurses, doctors, and support staff, you’ll be part of a dedicated team making a real difference each day.
