Contract Compliance Officer
We're seeking an experienced
Contract Compliance Officer
to provide strategic compliance oversight across our multi-state RTO operations. This is a flexible, remote contractor role supporting our growing organisation.
What You'll Do
? Conduct quarterly internal RTO audits across QLD & NSW locations
? Manage multi-state regulatory reporting and ASQA compliance
? Oversee QLD & NSW funding compliance and reporting requirements
? Prepare monthly compliance reports for management
? Support our internal compliance coordinator with complex matters
? Ensure VET Quality Framework standards are maintained
? Monitor AVETMISS reporting and apprenticeship/traineeship funding
What We're Looking For
Essential:
5+ years RTO compliance experience
Expert knowledge of ASQA Standards for RTOs ****
Proven experience with QLD & NSW funding compliance and reporting
Demonstrated experience with ASQA audits and regulatory compliance
Strong understanding of apprenticeship and traineeship funding frameworks
TAE qualification highly desirable
You Are
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Excellent at report writing and documentation
Able to work independently and remotely
Solutions-focused with strong analytical skills
Committed to maintaining the highest compliance standards
