Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives 
Manage and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing 
Conduct market research to identify trends and insights to inform marketing strategies 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding 
Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed 
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources 
Supervise and mentor junior marketing staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment 
Requirements: 
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced environment 
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team 
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making 
Proficient in marketing analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, etc.
