About the Role
* Certificate IV in Community Services required;
* Experience working with NDIS essential;
The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating supports for NDIS participants, monitoring progress, and providing coaching in recovery plans. This involves working closely with clients, families, and carers to develop individualised support plans that meet their unique needs and goals.
