Working alongside the management team, you will have the chance to lead, drive and mentor a team of enthusiastic and committed bar staff to ensure an outstanding dining experience for your customers.

All about you:
* 1+ years experience as a supervisor in a busy, premium dining restaurant
* Solid experience in wine knowledge, pairing and upselling techniques
* Great leadership qualities along with the ability to inspire, train and develop the team
* Fair understanding of modern award framework, national employment standards and working knowledge of OH&S/WH&S.
* A passion for the industry
* Ability to work a rotating 7- day roster including weekends & public holidays
* A valid RSA
