Reporting directly into the P&C; manager and working within a team of 6 you will be responsible for providing support to the P&C; team and key stakeholders across the full employee life cycle.
- Providing policy and industrial instrument interpretation to all key stakeholders
- Assisting with EA bargaining queries
- Advising and coordinating activities across the employee life cycle including onboarding/ off-boarding, contract generation, probation reviews, changes to employment, service awards and parental leave.
- Proactively responding to any HR related queries as the first point of contact in the business
**THE CANDIDATE**
If you are a customer service focused individual that wants to join a collaborative team, you must have previous experience performing in a HR operational capacity. Exposure to enterprise agreements, interpreting awards and industrial instruments is highly desired. You must have exceptional attention to detail and possess the capability to work in a fast paced workplace.
