In this role, you will be responsible for: Providing Level 1-2 helpdesk support to end users across Queensland.
* Be the onsite support as needed to deliver timely deskside support to end users.
* Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to AD and Office 365 applications.
* Escalating issues to appropriate teams as necessary.
