**About the Role**
The Field Marketing Manager, ANZ, will oversee all marketing for the ANZ region, driving business goals for the area and helping Menlo fulfil global marketing initiatives. Field Marketing Manager is an individual contributor role in the Menlo ANZ office, working closely with Global Team and regional teams in Menlo.
You will be responsible for building ANZ Marketing Roadmap, Thought Leadership, and Campaigns to drive Go-To-Market strategies in close alignment with the sales team. You will move Menlo's Security Business objectives forward in the region. You will be responsible for communicating Menlo's value proposition to the companies in ANZ. The role will report directly to the Senior Director: APAC Head of Marketing.
**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for understanding and interpreting the business objective of the ANZ Market and developing an overall marketing strategy that can help the ANZ Business reach those goals
- Drive user growth and revenue growth for Menlos' security business in ANZ
- Develop local thought leadership in collaboration with the Menlo ANZ MD
- Develop and manage demand generation across multiple marketing channels.
- Contextualise Global Content Marketing assets into ANZ Demand Generation Engine
- Develop local pre and post-event nurture programs
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand key opportunities for new business growth and work to enable regional sales teams with marketing messages that speak to their audiences.
- Drive account and industry marketing plans (Including Account-Based Experience growth programs and C-Level Activities.
- Grow new leads and develop nurture programs to convert them into Marketing Qualified Leads
- Optimise account engagement and lead to opportunity funnel
- Track on SFDC CRM and ensure follow up with the sales team
- Work closely with SDRs to ensure MQLs are leveraged and converted; ongoing corrections and optimisation of the model and qualification criteria
- Develop customer marketing campaigns to help generate recurring revenue and educate our customers on new products and capabilities
- Work closely with Global marketing leaders in online marketing, product marketing, content marketing and corporate PR to implement marketing best practices in ANZ.
- Be a voice of the ANZ customer back to global product marketing and help drive compelling customer insights and case studies that inform' Menlo's product strategy.
- Manage marketing vendor relationships well and leverage them to scale your field marketing operations and activities.

- 5-8 years of experience within the B2B IT industry
- ANZ marketing experience and strong knowledge of what works in the local market

- Strong record of delivering marketing and business results, partnering with and enabling the sales team to achieve both targets and deep engagement with the customer
