About the role
In this new and exciting role in partnership with Bundiyarra, you'll be guiding a team to support individuals to navigate complex systems, overcome barriers and work towards improving their overall well-being. You'll be responsible for the overall decision making within the programs day to day delivery and ensure that service users are supported through trauma informed practice along with person-centred and strengths-based strategies. This role is a part time permanent role (.80FTE) based in Geraldton.
You'll also support and guide incident management, ensure effective triage processes and facilitate and record regular supervision. Leading a team, you'll provide ongoing coaching and support, driving a values-based culture.
About you
You'll have a passion for working with high-risk children and families, along with the ability to lead and guide a team in delivering high-quality, client-focused services.
In addition, you will also possess:
* Relevant bachelor's degree is preferred
* Demonstrated specialist knowledge and experience in trauma informed practice
* Experience coaching, mentoring and developing a team ideally in a multidisciplinary service
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and liaise in an informative and positive manner
* Experience in service coordination and team leadership with the focus in building a strong team culture
* Drivers Licence
* Working with Children Check (WWCC)
* National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
