Key responsibilities include developing lifestyle and social care initiatives, fostering a supportive environment through engaging activities and therapeutic services, building positive relationships with residents, families, and the wider community, maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to care planning, and collaborating with the broader care team to promote holistic wellbeing.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a relevant role
* Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or Diploma in Leisure and Health (or willingness to obtain)
* First Aid Certificate
* Proficient in computer systems and information management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Understanding of aged care quality standards and person-centred care principles
* National Police Check and appropriate working rights in Australia
