Position Type: Non-ongoing, 12-month fixed term (with potential for two 6-month extensions)
Classification: APS4 & APS5
Salary:
APS4: $80,504 – $86,007 + super
APS5: $88,887 – $98,028 + super
Start Date: 19 January ****
Security: Baseline clearance required
What You'll Bring
Strong understanding of payroll principles and compliance requirements
Experience in government payroll or HR system
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing employee data
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement
Commitment to confidentiality and integrity
Preferred Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in HR, finance, or related discipline
Previous APS payroll experience
Please note that for these positions, an existing baseline clearance is required.
Candidates without an existing clearance can not be considered.
