I am partnering with my client, a well known finservices provider to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a critical transition program following a major business integration. The next phase involves migrating to a new enterprise platform and managing the run‑off of heritage policies from existing systems.
The Senior Project Manager will work across multiple streams including CRM, Integration, Data Migration, Analytics & Reporting, Commissions, and Complaints. A business case will be submitted, with delivery expected to commence immediately after approval.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead planning and design activities for enterprise platform transition and heritage policy run‑off.
* Manage multiple streams including CRM, Integration, Data Migration, Analytics, and Reporting.
* Collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups to align objectives and delivery timelines.
* Oversee vendor engagement and ensure deliverables meet agreed standards.
* Monitor progress, manage risks, and report to program leadership.
* Drive execution of the business case and transition into delivery phase.
Desired Skills & Experience
* Proven experience managing post‑sale transition of enterprise platforms.
* Strong ability to collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and technology/business stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to work under tight timelines and manage competing priorities.
* Current professional qualifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
* Experience within large enterprise organisations – financial services highly regarded.
