Senior Cruise Consultant Are you a cruise expert with a passion for travel and a knack for sales? We're looking for an experienced Senior Cruise Consultant who can deliver exceptional service and craft unforgettable cruise holidays for our growing customer base. In this role, you'll use your in-depth cruise knowledge and customer-first approach to convert enquiries into bookings, build lasting client relationships, and hit performance targets all while working as part of a supportive and collaborative team. What You'll Be Doing: Responding to inbound enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and enthusiasm Creating tailored cruise packages that meet each client's needs and preferences Managing the end-to-end booking process, including amendments and documentation Building rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals Keeping up to date with the latest cruise products, deals, and industry trends Working towards monthly sales targets and KPIs in a motivated, team-focused environment Contributing ideas and feedback to help improve processes and the overall customer experience What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a Cruise and or Travel Consultant role is a must (minimum 3 years) Strong knowledge of major cruise lines, itineraries, and inclusions Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a high-volume environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Confidence using booking systems (such as Tramada, Odysseus, or similar platforms) GDS Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo is a must Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task under pressure A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service Personal cruise travel experience is a plus What's on Offer: A stable, full-time position with a well-established travel business Competitive base salary plus generous commission structure (OTE $100K Super) Supportive team culture with real opportunities to grow Access to industry rates, travel perks, and ongoing training If you're ready to bring your cruise expertise to a dynamic and growing team, we'd love to hear from you.
