Property Network of Australia is currently seeking an experienced Administration Assistant for a Shopping Centre based in Brisbane's Eastern Suburbs
The role will encompass general administration duties, including Lease Administration, assisting with property accounting, and reporting as well as general reception duty as well.
**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Processing invoices and raising purchase orders;
- Daily collection of tenants' rental payments and issuing of receipts through MRI;
- Responsible for lease administration, working closely with leasing and sales teams;
- Assist the marketing department with ad-hoc marketing administration and assist with campaigns as necessary;
- Answer queries from customers and clients;
- General administration duties such as filing, ordering stationery supplies.
**Requirements**:
- Commercial/Retail/Residential administration experience.
