️ Project Foreman (Ongoing - Wacol, QLD) $55 ph benefits (company car, phone & laptop) Project Snapshot Lead the critical MSB, MDB, and submain upgrade within an operating manufacturing plant in Wacol. This is an ongoing role where your experience in changeovers and terminating large submains will be vital in maintaining production continuity. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate a crew of up to six tradespeople, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery Plan and schedule daily activities, manage attendance, and allocate resources effectively Perform or oversee MSB/MDB and submain terminations & changeovers in live operating environments Enforce robust safety practices; conduct toolbox talks and pre-start briefings regularly Liaise with the Project Manager and in‑house Project Engineer to monitor progress, resolve issues, and support timelines Manage materials and tools: ordering, tracking deliveries, inspecting condition, and maintaining site inventory levels Mentor and support your crew to foster skills development and consistent output Who You Are Experienced foreman (typically 5 years) in electrical or industrial environments, with strong credentials in MSB/MDB and submain terminations Skilled in live-plant changeovers and coordinating with minimal disruption Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate and manage the crew Proficient in reading schematics/wiring diagrams and electrical standards Highly organized, with the ability to drive schedules, workflows, and resource allocation Safety-first mindset with knowledge of applicable electrical codes and protocols Qualified tradesperson or equivalent certification (e.g., electrician's licence) What We Offer $55 per hour Company‑provided vehicle, mobile phone, and laptop Direct support from a Project Manager and on‑site Project Engineer An ongoing position with strong continuity and the opportunity to lead and grow Why Join Ongoing role -not time‑limited, with potential for expansion Be at the centre of a major electrical infrastructure upgrade in a live plant Lead a small, well‑resourced crew with autonomy and full project support Competitive hourly rate and excellent equipment provided Ready to Apply?
