Part Time Sales and Customer Service Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our part time sales and customer service team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to effectively engage with customers, and work well in a fast-paced environment.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting products, and achieving personal sales targets. You will also contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing expert professional customer service to our retail and trade customers
* Promoting and expanding our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
* Developing strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
* Achieving and exceeding personal sales targets
* Supporting other team members to ensure business goals are met
* Contributing to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in a retail environment
* Strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with your customers
* An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job
* Competency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
* The ability to multi-task and prioritise your work effectively
* A strong attention to detail
